What time of year should a honeysuckle plant bloom in TX?

Is there anything special I should/can do to help this plant stay healthy and strong to promote beautiful flowers?

Thanks!!!

They should be blooming now, but may not be because of all the freaking rain and cooler temps! Try a good blooming fertilizer to give them a boost.
Reply:From the beginning to the end of summer in Texas. Yes it is called feeding it. Ask you local landscape company what is the best food.
Reply:Laughing ! Honey Suckle vine, grows wild here in Tn Like Kudzu in Ga. Haha..We try to kill it off every year but it comes back twice as strong.. It blooms here in Mid May and the air is so sweet you can almost taste it ! If you can't get Honey Suckle to thrive in Tx email me I'll send you tons more.. I have white, Gold, and Pink ! You might try a nice compost mix though not too rich.. It climbs the trees and fence rows here so I guess it will grow in full or partial sun, and don't over water it.
