We have Hall's honeysuckle all around our house in West Texas. We love it. If it were me, I'd wait until the last freeze has past. But keep checking to see if your local nurseries or gardening centers have it growing in containers. They sell out fast in our area.

After it has grown a few feet, cut it back about 6 inches to make it bush out. By the end of the summer it will be full and pretty. Do not cut back after August or it will not bloom the next year.
Reply:spring, after the last freeze. talk to your local nursery for more advice.
Reply:im from south carolina and I always see them during the summer time a lot.
