I used to. I remember at my old house when I was a kid, we had them on the side of our house...and me and my neighbor/friend would always sit there, eat honeysuckle, and talk forever......That is the one smell I will never forget. Honeysuckle.
Reply:I have never eaten honeysuckles. I had pansies on a salad at a Shakespearean festival and they were pretty tasty. As a kid my Mom let us eat nasturtiums because Winnie the Pooh ate them and I don't remember that they tasted bad but they didn't have much taste.
Reply:I would when I was a child...pull the flower off the stem and suck the nectar out of the end of them.
