Cut off honeyscule off at ground level. Wait for new growth .With a rubber gloe, wipe the new growth wirh Round-up. This should work nicely for you.
I have a Japonica bush that has been taken over by Honeysuckle. Kill it without killing the bush?
you can try roundup on just the bottom of the honeysuckle vine bu be careful not to get on foliage
