My nephue has a serious problem that needs help.This is no Joke.?

This morning nephue was useing the bathroom and I hered him screaming.I ran to see the problem.He said his pee feels like fire.He looked so upset he asked me if his penis is going to fall off?I asked him why.And he started to cry.He showed me his penis and it was like somthing out of a STD medical book.I was toatly shocked he is only 12.I asked him who he had sex with.He said no one.But he fianlly did admit to masterbating with shampoo.It was Suave Honeysuckle.His penis was brite red and there was skin peeling off of it.It seriously looked like someone with a STD.This is no Joke can someone please help or should I take him to the hospital.I told my sister his mother and she told him to put lotin on it and he will be ok in a few days.

Ok I have seen this before, the shampoo dried out his penis, and the stroaking motion, probably under hard water didn't help. Wrap the penis in gauze, with some antibiotic ointment, and have him sleep in the nude for a couple of days.

Reply:I would say he is having an allergice reaction. He may also have an UTI. If I were you I would take him to the hosptial or your family doctor, this way you can find out offically know what happened, how to treat it %26amp; pervent it.

He may need to go see a urologist or drink lots of water to clear out what's inside.

NO MORE SHAMPOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't rush to the doctor. Give him some Benadryl 25mg 2-3 times daily and give him some cortizone cream to apply as directed.
Reply:I find this hard to believe, more like a hoax, but sounds like an allergic reaction, not normal. I'd take him to urgent care for a check-up just to be safe. Of course, they won't treat him without Mom's OK. Mom knows all about medicine and penises, does she? You might have to drag her along kicking and screaming, but for your nephew's sake, I'd get him checked out by someone who knows what they're talking about.
Reply:He needs to wash it well in water, and then use a diaper rash medication or just plain vaseline, definitely no lotion unless it is a nonallergenic one designed for skin repair. Sit him down and explain that there is no reason to use lubercation when masterbating, and that stuff like shampoo will damage the skin.

Reply:i would concider him getting looked at by a dr. as soon as possible. it could be something more than just hte masterbating with shampoo causing a reaction like that. he might have actually hurt himself.
Reply:My best friend did this years ago. I think it was Agree Shampoo. (Green) "He did not clean himself off". I think this would happen if you placed most shampoo in your hair and around your ears and didn't wash it off. As a chemical reaction due to being in open air in a sensative skin area. From hearing what he said, it became dry and the top layer of skin died and came off like a sun burn. Nothing was said about things turning red. A doctor visit maybe, and or a good sex/body talk would be a good idea. The more information provided about his body shouldn't leave him wondering why...

Reply:Wow! geez i hope this isn't a joke. i'd say see a doc soon!! he'll prob say to leave it the hell alone for a bit, i think a cream or ointment would hurt more than help at this point. i'm no doctor but thats my advice..
