Mailing honeysuckle.?

I live in an area that is currenly filled with the wonderful fragrance of wild honeysuckle. I have a friend in Maine who has never been around honeysuckle and I would like for her to be able to experience it. What would be the best way to pick, pack and ship honeysuckle sprigs so that they arrive to her in the freshest way possible? (It's a given that it would be sent overnight.) Thanks.

Mailing honeysuckle.?
Dig up a nice chunk of roots, remove foliage, wrap in wet paper towel, plunk in zip lock, mail in bubble envelope - they're tough.
